food fail

No Kings march today

No I didn’t go. I stayed home and protested in solidarity.

Since I used a scooter at the Texas State Fair- it makes no sense to bring my bum knee leg to a full-ass protest. Lol.
Plus it rained here in Dallas.
So I stayed home and worked on my renno room

So much stress. Lousy sleep.

That delightful cinnamon roll I had at the fair made me gain 5 actual pounds! Lol

lol serves me right!
As Cole Snake says
“Serves me right, Fatty!”
So a day of very little effort and
lots of sleep helped with a
nasty carb “hangover!”

Funny. In old school Nursing,
we only used even numbers.

65 years old, no meds, no disease, no chronic illness or disability that keeps me from living.

The closer I get to my weight goal, the more strict my face looks.
