I went from 3x to 2x to XL to large to medium. Now I’m in between large and medium men’s (unisex) scrubs. I’ve never had to go up from here.

In a month I will have 1000 consecutive days of steps.

Note that on Thursday and Friday, I seldom wear the watch. I also take few steps and truly enjoy resting.
