day off

The Snows Of Kilimanjaro –
The cat loves to watch TV!
Heating Pad and Bacon
12 hours sleep
Elastic skin. Hyper-mobile joints.
Can’t believe it’s been a year.

Now comes Part Two

I have been officially released from the cult of the “likes”.

I no longer care if people like me. As long as I’m doing my job, I’m not there to be liked.

Although it would have been MUCH easier to work in a place without constant stress and outright hate, and mental anguish.

getting it

Ahhh the 10 days of Autumn
I found this humorous
The night nurse thought
this glow stick was a
urine sample.
A weapon in the hands of a second grader. A sword?
This medium men’s jacket zips up.
If you bite it, write it. f
I you lick it, click it.

I had a few bites of Halloween candy, but it’s not as enjoyable as it was before. Too pricey. LOL

super sunday

So beautiful
So dangerous.

Visibility is like 10 feet.

No hill for a climber
A new record since 2019
End of a long day.
Full body shot.
Looks like the walking wounded.
Decided to leave it in. Full accountability.

Food was hamburger

with red sauce

And a bite of pasta. I like being gluten free but it’s like 40 carbs so I’m ok with that much.

“LOL”

dead tired

Not sure I even rolled over.
Once or twice a year,
we redo the “classroom”
and clean the baseboards.
What a mess.
I helped the mom.
First finger and baby finger don’t only touch, they hug.

Zebras. ED. Maybe?

A couple times a year

I delve into health markers.

Cardio Recovery. Way up!
HRV. Heart Rate Variability.
Keep in mind I’m 65.
This is ok.
Good lung function.
No sleep apnea.
Occasionally a dip but-
that’s probably the cats
sucking the air from my face.
Add CATion lol
Thursday I charge my watch.
Day off.
To be a Nurse
Or not to be a Nurse!
That is the question
